ICE – Catch and release program

CNSNEWS:

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) says that as of Sunday, Sept. 5, it had caught-and-released 506,232 illegal aliens who are now fugitives. That is more than the population of Sacramento, California, which currently numbers 486,189.

Fugitive illegal aliens are individuals who were apprehended ICE for being in the United States illegally and then were released ahead of their court proceedings and deemed fugitive when they failed to appear in court.

To quote Dirty Harry, “Swell!”.

A Federal judge makes Arizona a sanctuary state, will Texas follow suit?

Word of mouth will spread quickly, an entire State as a safe haven, with access from Mexico, a willing precipitant in judicial lawlessness. Al Qaeda, Hammas, the Taiban and others will soon be flowing to the great southwest territories of American. They will have free access to the resource’s necessary to implement terrorists attacks all across the USA.

The only hope the people of Arizona have, is if the Governor ignores the Illegal judicial order, and enforces their law on behalf of the citizens of her State, and the peoples of the United States. If someone does not stand up to the tyranny of the Federal Government soon, all will be lost to the sands of time.

Lawyer Ann Coulter

She lays out the argument for the Arizona SB 1070 law. She had her lawyer hat on so very little snarkiness. The biggest problem these days is justice depends on which judge you get. This will end up at the Supreme Court.

This DoJ has real problems with the meaning of justice. Why not go after Rhode Island?

Why not boycott sanctuary cities. If you live in one of these cities, you should work to end the practice. Hiring of illegals is nothing but low-grade slavery – or maybe high-grade slavery. The argument is legal workers won’t do the work. That is only a part answer. The full argument is legal workers won’t do the work at the same wage! That is a true statement. But if you approve of exploiting illegal immigrants, try this page. Perhaps all we have to do is encourage illegals into moving to sanctuary cities. We can live with that.

Immigration reform is all about politics and has been for one year short of a quarter centaury.

Polling the Arizona law in Colorado

From The Tribune:

Inside the numbers
A Denver Post/9News poll conducted in conjunction with The Tribune showed most Colorado voters would like to see the state adopt a similar immigration law to that passed by Arizona.
The poll also showed:
» A higher percentage of Hispanic voters (62 percent) would support a law similar to the one in Arizona in Colorado than would whites (61 percent).
» Fewer college graduates (56 percent) favor the law than do those without a college degree (67 percent).
» More people outside of the Denver metro area (68 percent) would support a law similar to Arizona’s in Colorado than those in Denver (58 percent).
» More voters 50 or older support the measure (65 percent) than do those who are younger (58 percent).

ABOUT THE POLL
Roughly 3,000 voters participated in an automated telephone survey conducted June 15-June 17 by Survey USA.
All registered voters were randomly assigned into one of two groups to hear questions about certain November contests and issues in the news. Questions asked of these “split samples” have a margin of error of 2.5 percentage points or 2.6 percentage points.

What did it cost us because Congress never acted on 1986 Immigration Reform?

Perhaps almost 3,000 people on 9-11, 2001. We were told “they”, “they” being government bureaucracy, failed to connect the dots. That is baloney. All you have to do is look at the timeline, Hijacker Contacts with US Government in US, and you soon realize they didn’t just fail to connect the dots, they failed to record the dots so someone could connect them! This alone should have generated changes within months of 9-11. By now we should have “Red Cell” operations testing our immigration and VISA procedures. And bureaucrats who fail should be fired.

So on 9-11, the first strike against Al-Qaeda was not from the might of the US government, or a government bureaucrat, but from the citizens of Hero Flight 93! You owe it to the families of those who died on 9-11 to fix these problems. And you should have done it YEARS AGO! Congress, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Will it take another 3,000 to die before you do your duty? Why do you not understand that secure borders and VISA travel is essential to our national security?

Immigration reform – DoJ files lawsuit against AZ

You knew they would. We have to send these fools packing. That includes members of Congress who think this is a good idea.

The DoJ has also asked for an injunction to block AZ SB 1070 from going into effect the 29th of this month.

With an injunction hanging over their heads, anticipate a swift response by lawyers for the Arizona defendants– certainly within the next week or so — and a ruling on the injunction before the end of the month.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform

Listen up Congress:

Fool us once, shame on YOU.

Fool us twice, shame on US!

We know that Comprehensive in “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” is code for AMNESTY! You have had twenty four (24) years to secure the border and stop people from overstaying their VISA. TWENTY FOUR YEARS! One year short of a quarter Century! You signed on to do this when you passed the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. At the time is was estimated amnesty would be granted to 1.5 to 2 million illegals. The citizens accepted this only because it was to be a one time deal. It turned out to be closer to 3.5 million. No wonder illegals today think they can hold out for amnesty. We also know both parties have played politics instead of living up to your own legislative commitment – effectively ignoring your own law. Shouldn’t that constitute jail time?
