Things are changing: White House asks Justice Department to look for other places to hold 9/11 terror trial.

The dramatic turnabout came hours after Mayor Bloomberg said he would “prefer that they did it elsewhere” and then spoke to Attorney General Eric Holder.

Well they are half right. Send them back to GITMO and military tribunals would be the correct response. Giving citizen rights to rabid dog terrorists is absurdly stupid. This should be grounds for Impeachment because it sure is not in the Constitution. Nor is it in the Geneva Convention or Law of Armed Conflict (Unlawful Combatants is from this document).

So KSM could be coming to a neighborhood near you. This is one time when NIMBY is the correct response.
