How’s This For Apocalyptic Literature?

This was written by a pastor’s wife in Biblical prose as a commentary of current events.  It is BRILLIANT!

And it came to pass in the Age of Insanity that the people of the land called America, having lost their morals, their initiative and their will to defend their liberties, chose as their Supreme Leader that person known as “The One.”

He emerged from the vapors with a message that had no meaning; but he hypnotized the people telling them, “I am sent to save you.  My lack of experience, my questionable ethics, my monstrous ego, and my association with evil doers are of no consequence; for I shall save you with Hope and Change.  Go, therefore and proclaim throughout the land that he who preceded me is evil, that he has defiled the nation and that all he has built must be destroyed.”

FBI Keeps Tabs on TEA Parties

By: James H. Walsh
”The ‘TEA Party’ movement is an unhealthy mutation from public dissatisfaction with the Obama administration’s economic policies.”

                                                  — David Axelrod, Senior White House Adviser, April 2009

Since when is free speech, as personified by the TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party grass-roots citizens movement, “unhealthy”? Since the leftward tilt of federal agencies accelerated during the first 100 days of the Barack Obama presidency.

Consider, for instance, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which has moved far to the left on the political spectrum in record time under Secretary Janet Napolitano.

Consider also the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). The once fabled and incorruptible FBI is showing signs of becoming a mere “yes man” for the Obama administration.

Here’s a Thought…Media Bias? Really?

Something that really got me thinking over the weekend…CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and all the rest of the MSM have been bombarding us with nonstop video of the Iranian protests against their government for the last week…isn’t it amazing that none of them thought the Tax Day Tea Party protests were newsworthy events, mocking the participants as being out of touch and even getting downright nasty when interviewing protesters…?

Furthermore, even though President Obama has been pretty quiet about the Iranian protests, he has said more about them than the Tax Day Tea Party protests!

I guess that means that an event halfway around the globe (that will basically have no effect on our future dealings with this rogue nation) takes precidence over events that close to 400,000 patriotic Americans felt worthy of standing up and making themselves heard.

This administration has only heard the beginning salvo in the 9-12 Project/Tea Party Movement…we are not going away nor are we giving up!  We will see this through and our government will hear from all of us, that they work for US and not the other way around…!

Obama: Why don’t you try fixing Medicare and Medicaid before destroying healthcare at large?

Posted by fahsheezy on June 18, 2009; http://obamaporn.wordpress.com

It’s very simple, really.

Medicare and Medicaid demand increasing portions of the GDP.  The Wall Street Journal reports:  [Medicaid] more than any other factor has put California and New York on the brink of fiscal catastrophe…

Spending on health and welfare, largely under Medicaid, makes up one-third of California’s budget of some $100 billion. In New York Gov. David Paterson’s budget message, he notes that “New York spends more per capital ($2,283) on Medicaid than any other state in the country.”

Glenn Beck: The Letter

Glenn Beck: I got a letter from a man in Arizona. He writes an open letter to our nation’s leadership:

I’m a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you’re willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now. You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me?

45 Communist Goals, circa 1963

On Jan. 10, 1963, Congressman Albert S. Herlong Jr. of Florida read a list of 45 Communist goals into the Congressional Record. The list was derived from researcher Cleon Skousen’s book “The Naked Communist.” These principles are well worth revisiting today in order to gain insights into the thinking and strategies of much of our so-called liberal elite.

ACLU…On The Right Side For a Change?

The Ethical Case for Boycotting Chrysler and GM

By Gary Jason
In business ethics, the typical way one makes a judgment about the morality of a business action or practice is to consider the facts surrounding it in the light of four major ethical perspectives. These four ethical theories have been the ones considered most plausible in over two millennia of moral philosophy.
