Which party represents the rich in the House of Representatives?

You might be surprised.

Some of this started with Reagan’s win in 1984. The majority of blue-collar and a great many of union members voted for Reagan. This meant these groups, which had generally voted Democrat, was more fluid than in the past.

No doubt the wide bifrucation of the Democrat party is part of their problem now. They are going to tax the rich A LOT and redistribute to the poorest individuals. Both represented by the same party. But sooner or later, especially if no results are observed, there will be substantial push back.
